I was really happy with the fit! The size chart made it super easy, and it fit me just right without any second-guessing.

The straps do adjust well, though I had to mess with them for a minute before it felt right. Once I got them set, I felt a lot more comfortable with it, so overall I’m happy with it...

I tried placing an order the whole checkout process was more annoying than I expected. The site was slow, and I had to re-enter my info a couple of times, which got old fast. The shipping cost also didn’t show up clearly until the very end, so that was frustrating. I will say the order did eventually go through, so I guess that’s something, but it took way longer than it should have. Not exactly the smoothest first experience

The packaging was alright overall, but the box showed up with a small dent. Nothing too serious, though

The site was easy to get around, and the brace categories actually made sense, which I was a little suspicious of at first since that’s not always the case with online stores. I found the knee support I needed quickly. Comparing the sizes took me a minute, so I double-checked everything before ordering, but overall it was fine.

I tried this out after a friend recommended it, but it gets warm fast. It doesn’t feel very breathable, so I wouldn’t reach for it if you tend to get hot easily.

I paid way more than I probably should’ve for what turned out to be a basic brace. It just felt kind of cheap, and it didn’t really help much either. I was expecting—i just expected better for the price. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

The refund took a bit longer than I expected, so yeah, it was slow, slow enough that I had to follow up. But support was helpful and got everything sorted in the end

I ordered this brace from BraceAbility thinking it would give me some support but still let me move around like a normal person, and I mean, it does support you, so I’ll give it that. But once I had it on and started trying to actually do things, walking around the house, bending down, even just sitting in a chair, it all felt kind of stiff and clunky and I kept noticing it instead of forgetting it was there.
It might be better if you’re mostly staying put or just need something to keep everything stable for a while, but for regular daily stuff it slowed me down more than I expected. I found myself wanting to take it off quickly, which kind of defeats the purpose. It’s not terrible or anything, just not what I’d pick if being able to move comfortably is a big deal.

I bought a brace from BraceAbility, and to be fair, it does give decent support. From the way the listing sounded, I kind of assumed it would be comfortable enough to wear for longer stretches, but that wasn’t really my experience.

After about an hour, it started rubbing against my skin and felt bulky under my clothes. I kept adjusting the straps, thinking maybe I just had it on wrong, but it would either feel too tight or start shifting around.

It might work better for someone who only needs to wear it for short periods, but I couldn’t keep it on as long as I needed to. For the price, I was disappointed.

I got this knee brace hoping it would help with my meniscus pain after reading through the site, but once I actually tried wearing it, it kept sliding around, pressed in totally the wrong place, and just didn’t feel like it was made for the kind of problem I’m dealing with, so while it might be fine for other knee issues, for me it was useless and I felt like the product info made it sound more suited to my situation than it really was.

Its a decent brace and it does what I need it to do, but its definitely a little bulky under clothes. I can still wear it, just not as comfortably with tighter outfits.

Umm, I bought a knee brace from BraceAbility and it felt kind of cheap as soon as I tried it on. After only a few wears, the straps started curling up and the stitching already looked sloppy.

I emailed Braceability about a problem with my order and, uh, never really got a clear answer back. I waited a few days, sent another message, and still didn’t get anything useful. The brace itself was okay, but the customer service side was frustrating. I just don’t like having to chase a company for a basic reply...

The product pages were really clear and made it easy to figure out which brace I needed without a lot of guessing. The sizing info and details were simple to understand, which helped me avoid ordering the wrong one, definitely an avoidable hassle.

I wore it for just an afternoon and somehow it rubbed my skin raw. Not sure if it was the fit or the material, but I ended up with red, itchy marks that stuck around for days. I had to stop using it after that.
